Well Hello
it's only been 2 and a half months since my last post - that's what I call blogging with regularity.
So where am I at you ask? Oh you didn't ask? Well, I'm telling anyway. Ha!
Last time I wrote I was facing a long excruciating exam period. I'm happy to announce that I passed all my exams (hurrah). Right now, I'm at my parents' home writing papers (which I so intelligently deferred to the 2nd sit (as they call it in Belgium)).
I'm not entirely sure but I probably gained a little weight during exam time, although I did not go totally overboard. In times of no stress, I'm not always able to control my food-intake 100%, so I'd not expect to be able to do so when I'm studying 14 hours a day.
Then exams were over, and I don't even remember really what happened then. Oh yeah, I did some babysitting for a week, during which I did ok if I remember correctly.
THEN both my sisters came home too (which is a bit like a lunar eclipse - happens every once and a while but it's special when it does) and the whole family was reunited for 10 days.
Oh man.... It's easy to see how I came to be a fat kid (adult, whatever.). We looooove eating. Me and my sisters are famous for our ability to eat. When we're at home, it's not like we eat unhealthy things. We (I) just eat wayyy toooo much. There's no limit. You don't stop, unless you feel like you're going to explode.
So yeah, during those 10 days, I probably put on some lbs. What can I say? What's happened happened. Then they left and I realised that I needed to get back on track would I ever want to, for instance, drop below 100kg. You know, get somewhere.
But now I'm doing good.

C25K: I stopped with that. I realised that in order to keep on moving/excercising, I'd have to find something I REALLY enjoy doing. So, right now, I'm going for walks. Every evening, walk around town, in the woods, wherever I am. I walk between 6 and 11 kilometers a night, depends on how much time I have to spend. While walking, I listen to podcasts, and I love it. I don't need to change into gym clothes, I don't need to prepare anything. I just leave, and walk. So yeah, right now, walking is the way to go. What a pun, right?!
Weight: Well, while I'm not entirely sure about my weight of June & July, I can tell you this much. Last week I weighed 108.4kg, this morning it was 107.3kg, which is very pleasing. I should be able to keep this up while I'm writing my papers.
Alright, I'll try to update this more regularly.
